Are your products officially licensed?

Yes — 100%. Every product in our store is officially licensed by the brand it features. We work directly with Disney, Marvel, SEGA, Warner Bros, Peanuts, Nickelodeon, and more. You'll never find unauthorized or bootleg merchandise here.

What types of products do you carry?

We specialize in pop culture home décor including: framed canvas art, framed posters, wall tapestries, desk mats, wall clocks, and doormats — all featuring officially licensed characters and artwork.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most US orders arrive within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Please contact us at aoliveros@popcre.com to start a return.

What materials are your products made from?

It depends on the product type:

• Canvas prints — 100% poly-cotton blend, hand-stretched on solid wood frames
• Framed posters — Premium matte paper in renewable wood frames with acrylite protection
• Desk mats — 100% polyester top with anti-slip rubber base
• Wall tapestries — 100% polyester, lightweight and easy to hang
• Wall clocks — Wood frame, plexiglass face, silent mechanism
• Doormats — Grade A tufted coir coconut fiber with vinyl backing

How do I hang canvas and framed art?

All our framed products come with hanging hardware included. Simply choose your spot, use the pre-attached hooks or included hardware, and hang. For larger pieces (24×36"), we recommend placing hooks 1 inch from each corner for best balance.

Can I use your products outdoors?

Most of our products are designed for indoor use. The exception is our doormats, which are made from coir coconut fiber and are suitable for outdoor use.

How do I care for my product?

• Wall tapestries — Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, do not bleach
• Desk mats — Wipe clean with a damp cloth
• Framed art — Dust with a soft dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners on the frame
